Earlier this year, Precisify secured an impressive $26 million private equity investment, a milestone in itself. What truly set us apart during the due diligence process was the ** groundbreaking Net Promoter Score (NPS) we achieved - an outstanding +94!**

The study was conducted by PwC commissioned by our investor Lloyds Development Capital (LDC).**

NPS (Net Promoter Score) is a single number that tells a business how likely their customers are to recommend the business to others. It’s based on just one question: *"On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend our company/product/service to a friend or colleague?".*

The scores group respondents into three categories; *Promoters*, the most loyal customers and fans of the business, *Passives *that feel indifferent and *Detractors *who hold negative views about the business.

An overwhelming **94% of respondents were promoters for Precisify, **with 7% of respondents remaining neutral and 0% detractors - a clear indicator of strong customer relationships, consistent performance and trust.
