Precisify Achieves Outstanding NPS of +94, Surpassing Industry Benchmarks

Earlier this year, Precisify secured an impressive $26 million private equity investment, a milestone in itself. What truly set us apart during the due diligence process was the  groundbreaking Net Promoter Score (NPS) we achieved - an outstanding +94!

The study was conducted by PwC commissioned by our investor Lloyds Development Capital (LDC).

That’s not just high, it’s game changing! The score greatly  exceeds industry benchmarks in the advertising space and across business sectors overall.

What is NPS and Why it Matters 

NPS (Net Promoter Score) is a single number that tells a business how likely their customers are to recommend the business to others. It’s based on just one question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend our company/product/service to a friend or colleague?".

The scores group respondents into three categories; Promoters, the most loyal customers and fans of the business, Passives that feel indifferent and Detractors who hold negative views about the business.

An overwhelming 94% of respondents were promoters for Precisify, with 7% of respondents remaining neutral and 0% detractors - a clear indicator of strong customer relationships, consistent performance and trust.
